At the moment i ve made up a temp fix using layers of roof seal liquid acting as a sort of collar around the soil pipe at the point where it enters my flat felt roof extension. Aluminium sheet fits neatly underneath the roof tiles to blend in with the roof profile while the rubber adaptor provides a watertight seal around the outside of the soil pipe to stop water entering the house through the soil stack.
